Regular Orders: Both cash on delivery (COD) and non COD payment methods are available. Advance payments must be made through approved payment gateways listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Customized Orders: In case of customized order we take 50% advance payment and 50% after you receive your order. 

Refund: If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return. We offer cash back guarantee or exchange. Your return and exchange request must comply with our return and exchange policy. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after you have entered your complaint and returned the product.
