Regular Orders: Both cash on delivery (COD) and non-COD payment methods are available. Advance payments must be made through approved payment gateways listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Customized Orders: In case of a customized order we take 50% advance payment and 50% after you receive your order.

Refund: If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it. We offer a cash-back guarantee or exchange. Your return and exchange request must comply with our return and exchange policy. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after you have entered your complaint and returned the product.

It’s our responsibility to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Our delivery service is available all over Pakistan. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation 

You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with order details after placing your order.

2. Delivery times 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, courier strikes).

Regular Orders: Processing Time is 2 to 5 working days depending on your city

Customized Orders: 1 week for preparing and 3 to 5 days for delivery. So in case of a customized order, you need to place your order 2 weeks before.

3. Delivery Charges 

Delivery Charges for Lahore: Rs.150/-

Delivery Charges for cities other than Lahore: Rs. 250/-

4. Damage Issues 

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged product so we can enter and process your claim.
